All cabins are complete with air conditioning, satellite TV, FREE HI-SPEED INTERNET, cell phone service, propane furnaces, large fridge and stove, all bedding ( EXCEPT PERSONAL TOWELS), flush toilets, showers, hot and cold running water, all dishes, pots and pans and large propane bbq’s, decks, as well as use of sand beach, lake maps and orientation session, yard games and firepits.  Our cabins are very clean and comfortable .  Enjoy over 30 miles of adjoining lakes and fish for walleye, northern, small mouth, & perch (now catching crappie).  Our rates are in Canadian funds..EXCHANGE RATES ARE APPLIED WHEN APPLICABLE  Guides available only with advance notice.  1 free boat slip included with each cabin rental.  *MINIMUM OCCUPANCY APPLIES TO SOME CABINS

Fisherman's Housekeeping Package (includes boat/motor/gas)

Includes air conditioned cabin, linens (except towels), complete kitchen, satellite TV, Hi-Speed Internet, BBQ, freezers, fish house, boat with swivel seats & back rests (15, 20 or 30 hp motors), gas (1 tank per day), lake map & orientation, net, minnow bucket, life vests. (2 person minimum).  Minimum stay is 4 nights.  Licenses and taxes not included. Dining room meals available but not included.

Private Lakeshore Home

(at east end of lake – mainly rented monthly or seasonally)  (Booked for 2012)

Great for parties of 2-6.   This private lakeshore home comes complete with road access, two large bedrooms, laundry room, satellite TV, and phone. A 75' dock awaits your fishing and relaxing needs. Private lakeshore homes come fully equipped with all amenities. A refundable damage deposit is required. Discounts are available for boat and motor rentals. Call for rates.

20 HP & 30 HP Yamaha Motors on 16’ Boats,  boat seats.  Trolling motor and depth finders available  for extra $10/day each. Guests are responsible for any damages to boats & motors.

Boat Launching

Hunting Groups

2012 season opens October 6. Groups must guarantee minimum stay of 1 week & bring own towels & dishsoap.

It is advisable to bring freezers if you have room.  Hanging racks on site. We will have gas on site only if groups indicate usage. Hanging freezer service available in nearby town. Deposits are $100 per person and are non-refundable. PLEASE DO NOT BRING SLEEPING BAGS.

 

Non-Resident Deer Hunters

In our area, the non-resident deer hunt area in Management Unit 11A (south of our highway 11).  It has plenty of cut over areas and is good deer area.  Rifle season is from around the first Saturday in October to the middle of November each year.  Muzzle loader season is earlier.  There is a guide requirement (one guide per 2 hunters).  Rates are $1400 per hunter.  Includes cabin, hunting license, guide, and hanging racks.  You do your own cooking or arrange for meals in dining room.  Deposit of $500 applies and is non-refundable.  You will need a Firearm Import Permit to bring rifle into Canada.

 

Small Game/Fish Combo (mid Sept.- mid Nov)

Hunt for grouse, snowshoe hare, and other small game. Excellent fall fishing. Package includes boat, motor, gas, fully equipped cabin. License and taxes extra; $483 per person per week (CDN)

Other Stuff

We carry gas, oil, minnows, ice, convenience store items, souvenirs, maps, winter trail permits, two large peer docks (ideal for float planes also), fishing & hunting licenses. Fish cleaning house is available to all guests. Visit our dining room and bar.  We will not be selling licenses this year. You will be charged for the full time you reserve.  No refunds for early departure.

Pets must be approved ahead of time.  We don’t encourage pets, only because we have to do extra cleaning as there may be subsequent guests that have allergies.  Pet fees are $15/day or $60/week.

All prices are subject to Canadian taxes.  Guests are responsible for any damages to property.

All visitors must check in at the main office.  NO EARLY ARRIVALS UNLESS APPROVED

Our drinking water comes from a deep drilled well; it is tested regularly.  Guests would be advised if there is ever and adverse sample; however, they can bring bottled water if they wish. 

We have excellent cell phone service at the resort; however, it also depends on what type of phone or service provider you have.
